I build data infrastructure like databases and ELT tooling, deploy agent systems, and architect data and cloud platforms. You can learn more about my open source projects in the subpages of this site.
I'm implementing software factories and agentic coding to accelerate the software development lifecycle. The work is about raising software quality while compressing the time it takes to go live.
Good developers have always stayed close to the customer. Leading businesses have always treated customer success and support as part of the sales process. What excites me is that agentic software development lets us take customer requirements and support tickets and accelerate the flywheel from product back into the SDLC.
Approach
I tend to start with how systems recover. I have a preference for determinism, immutability, and idempotency. Simple systems tend to be faster, more predictable, and more reliable systems.
I'm drawn to reactive data flows, architectures where state changes propagate downstream and consumers converge without coordination. My nature is to accept the chaos, be resilient to it, rather than pretend we can boil the ocean.
This shows up in my work as event sourcing, ingestion-time schema inference and evolution, idempotent applies, all-or-nothing commit models. Also, wherever possible I autotune.
I like simple designs. Fewer knobs and moving parts means less human failure, less cognitive overhead, less to operate.
We must be free to dream and build.
